The Josie Porter Farm is located in the scenic Cherry Valley, Stroudsburg, PA. This 48-acre tract of land is a beautiful, rich and diverse agricultural and forested property that has been preserved and protected by Stroud Township.

Farmer, Heidi Secord is currently leasing this land and developing a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) venture, maintaining the original biodynamic farming operation.

Vinegre de Garlique is the first of many value added products being developed at the Josie Porter Farm. Our mission is to provide healthy, local and fresh food to the community.  We make our products with the same care with which we tend our land, plants, and animals. Each batch is monitored daily by our staff who takes a personal interest in its outcome.  It is tasted for readiness and then bottled by hand.
